We are beginning to see an influx of people into the CBD as the world settles into a new “Covid equilibrium”.

At Elizabeth Andrews we share an open plan office. And In recent weeks it has been delightful to hear the phones ringing and overhearing the “re-connections” with catering organisers, many whom have been working from home for months on end!

Overwhelmingly, office workers are excited to be back at work in a collegial environment – there’s a lot to be said for the “water cooler meetings” which are pretty hard to replicate via zoom!

I picked up the phone from one of our customers who had returned to the office who said she was sick of “living from work”. I hadn’t thought of “working from home” in those terms, but the act of leaving your place of residence, travelling to a common location where people with a common interest co-habit for a portion of the day can actually add a nice balance to a person’s life.

No doubt the new-normal will be a hybrid of working from home and working from the office. Regardless of how the new norm looks, we’re delighted to be able to re-commence the conversation with our customers after such a long time away.

Pixar Putt: 1st - 25th April

Pixar Putt, Australia’s most loved mini-golf sensation, is returning to Melbourne for a limited season.

ANZAC Day Race Day: Sunday 25th April

Visit Flemington for their annual ANZAC Day ceremony in the Mounting Yard with the traditional laying of the wreath, the reading of the ode, the last post and a minute silence.

To complement the ANZAC Day ceremony, there's a host of wonderful activities to commemorate this day.
