Terms and Conditions

Free CBD Delivery Free delivery is available within the CBD, Docklands, Southbank, West Melbourne, North Melbourne, Carlton, East Melbourne, Richmond, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Port Melbourne and St Kilda Road precinct for catering orders over $40. For orders under this amount, a $10.00 delivery fee will apply.

Delivery Times Elizabeth Andrews delivers to your door between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM on weekdays. Deliveries or pickups required outside these hours will be subject to an additional charge. Weekend delivery times and fees are available on application.

Terms of Trade Corporate Catering – Net 7 days from the end of the month.

GST & ABN The prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST charges. Elizabeth Andrews Pty Ltd ABN is 57757295287.

Order Alterations We always try to accommodate changes in catering numbers. Small office catering changes must be lodged by 4:00 PM the day prior to the order.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation charges will apply once your catering requirements have been confirmed verbally or in writing, and where costs have been incurred in regards to food, labor, or other services.

  • Up to 20 people – by 4:00 PM the business day before
  • 20 to 50 people – 2 business days prior
  • 50 or more people – 5 business days prior Full staff charges may apply if staff are canceled within 1 business day prior.

Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation or mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.

Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected from clients is used only to process and deliver orders. This information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Accessibility We ensure that our catering services are accessible to all guests, including those with disabilities. Please notify us of any specific accessibility requirements.

Substitutions In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

Deposit and Final Payment For private events a deposit of 50% of the total estimated bill is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 7 days after the event. Details will be provided in the event contract.

Damage to Client Property We assume responsibility for any damages to the venue caused directly by our staff or equipment during the event setup, service, and breakdown.

Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, guest counts, and specific requirements at least 24 hours prior to the event to ensure service excellence.

Third Party Delivery Whilst we endeavor to deliver your catering order via our internal logistics department, there may be instances where we utilize third-party couriers.

Pricing Fluctuations All prices are correct at the time of printing and are quoted on current costs. These may vary from time to time. Due to seasonal or supplier shortages, we reserve the right to alter or adapt menus or services.

Payment Options For your convenience, the following payment options are accepted: Company cheque, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, EFT (conditions apply).

Same Day Orders A $10.00 fee applies to same-day orders to cover the individualised food preparation and changes to delivery runs.

Lost or Broken Equipment Any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
