Located within the CBD means we provide a fast, efficient service every time and it allows us to assist you with last minute orders whenever possible. Our purpose built, fully equipped commercial kitchen and over 25 qualified and experienced kitchen staff prepare over 95% of our product on site, providing you with freshly prepared food and guaranteed quality.

Elizabeth Andrews Corporate Catering has two departments

  1. Office Catering
    Breakfasts, lunches, morning and afternoon teas and equipment, delivered to your office on platters ready to be eaten. With free, on time delivery to the CBD and surrounding suburbs of Melbourne.
  2. Function Catering
    Cocktail parties, stand up functions, buffets, sit down lunch and dinners, BBQs, Christmas party catering, planning, staff and equipment hire.

Our team of hospitality professionals brings almost 100 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management from within International Luxury Hotels and Resorts, Convention Centres, Major Sporting Stadia and Events including the Sydney Olympic Games, ensuring your function will be a complete success.

From A Modest Cafe Beginning To The Leading Catering Edge

In 1991 during the recession we had to have, business owners, Elizabeth and Andrew Dunoon were trying hard to keep their cafe on Lonsdale Street afloat.

“I couldn’t believe it, 50% of our customers had relocated from our area. The 12-story building we were in was empty, as was the 14-story building across the road.” Said Andrew

Our catering, which was a small part of the business, was doing well, so in order to survive, we decided to take our catering to the whole CBD. By 1996 the catering had outgrown the premises and our cafe customers could hardly fit in.

We then decided to set up Melbourne’s first dedicated Corporate Catering Business to provide a food service and variety that was not yet available.

Feedback forms went out with every order and countless customer surveys were conducted (and still are), to ensure we could always improve.

In 2001 we had outgrown our premises again so we relocated to a purpose built state of the art facility on King Street. Now with 40 staff and 8 delivery vans to meet those last minute requests, we are still specialising 100% in corporate catering with the goal of always improving and staying at the leading edge.”
